When making your reservation, please share any specific spa package preferences, health considerations, and custom requirements. This allows our therapists to thoroughly prepare and customize your journey, providing you with utmost comfort and care.

Arrival & Ambience

To fully immerse yourself in the spa experience and allow for a relaxed check-in process, we kindly request your arrival at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This ensures a seamless transition into your journey of relaxation.

Our spa is a sanctuary of peace. To uphold this serene atmosphere for all guests, we respectfully request that electronic devices be silenced and kept away. Embrace the quietude and disconnect to truly rejuvenate.

Attire & Valuables

For your utmost comfort and privacy during your spa journey, we gladly provide comfortable spa attire, including robes and slippers. You are welcome to bring your own garments if you feel more comfortable using them.

While secure lockers are available for personal belongings, we recommend leaving all valuables at home. The spa cannot assume responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions.

Medical Conditions & Customisation

Your well-being is our utmost priority. To ensure a safe and personalized experience, we respectfully request that you inform our professionals of any existing medical conditions.

This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, allergies, recent injuries, or surgeries. Such information enables us to tailor your treatment to your specific needs, maximizing both efficacy and comfort.

Cancellation & Age Policy

We understand that plans can change. To respect the time of our therapists and other guests, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide this notice may result in a charge.

Our spa environment is crafted for adult relaxation and rejuvenation. To maintain the calm ambience, we kindly ask that children below 16 years of age not accompany guests in the spa area. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the serene atmosphere for all.
